At present, the mainstream of the industry adopts fully automatic plate splitting machine to cut pcba, so as to realize automatic operation.

At present, PCBA segmentation has the following ways:
1. Use a punch, which is fast, but you need to make a professional mold. Long cycle and high cost, which may damage SMD components during stamping;
2. When using V-CUT machine, there are requirements when designing jigsaw puzzle. This kind of equipment can only walk in a straight line, and special V-grooves need to be designed when making LAYOUT, and sparks generated during cutting may damage the board;
3. The use of artificial folding plates and files is of poor quality;
4. The milling cutter type distributor is adopted, which has no requirements for the design of the splicing board, and can be cut in any shape to fully ensure the product quality.
