1. The resistance
Resistance is an electronic component withresistance characteristics, which is one of the most widely used components inPCBA processing. Resistance is divided into fixed resistance and variableresistance (potentiometer), in the circuit plays the role of voltage, shunt andcurrent limiting.
2. The capacitance
Capacitance is also one of the basic componentsin PCBA processing. It is a kind of electric energy storage component, andplays a role in coupling, filtering, dc isolation and tuning in electroniccircuit.
3. Inductance coil
Inductance coil, called inductance, has thefunction of storing magnetic energy. Inductance coil is usually composed ofskeleton, winding, shield cover, magnetic core and so on.
4. The potentiometer
A resistor with variable resistance, thatis, a resistor that can be continuously adjusted within a specified range, iscalled a potentiometer. The potentiometer consists of a shell, a sliding end, arotating shaft, an annular resistance body and three leading ends.
5. The transformer
Transformer is a device to transformvoltage, current and impedance, when the primary coil in the AC current, theiron core (or magnetic core) will generate ac flux, so that the secondary coilinduced voltage (or current). Transformer is mainly used for AC voltageconversion, current conversion, power transfer, impedance conversion and bufferisolation, etc., is one of the essential components in PCBA machine.
Crystal diodes
Crystal diode (i.e. Semiconductor diode,hereinafter referred to as diode) is made of a PN junction, electrode leads andan externally sealed shell, which has unidirectional conductivity.
Crystal triode
Crystal triode (hereinafter referred to astriode) is the core device of signal amplification and processing, widely usedin PCBA whole machine.
8. Fets
The field-effect transistor (referred to asthe field-effect tube) is also a semiconductor device with a PN junction.Unlike the triode, it does not make use of the conductive properties of the PNjunction, but uses its insulating properties.
9. Electroacoustic devices
The devices used to complete the conversionof electrical signals and sound signals in the circuit are calledelectro-acoustic devices. It has a wide variety of loudspeaker, microphone,earphone (or called earplug), speaker, receiver and so on.
10. Photoelectric devices
The photoconductive devices working withthe semiconductor photosensitive characteristics, the photocells working withthe semiconductor photogenerating volt effect and the semiconductorlight-emitting devices are collectively referred to as photoelectric devices
11. Display devices
Electronic display devices refer tophotoelectric conversion devices that convert electrical signals into opticalsignals, that is, devices used to display numbers, symbols, words or images. Itis the key component of electronic display device and has great influence onthe performance of display device.
12. The sensor
Sensor A device or device that can sense aspecified measurement and convert it into a usable signal according to acertain law, usually consisting of a sensitive element and a conversion element.
