1, program burning
After completing the welding process ofthe front end of the PCBA board, the engineer began to program themicrocontroller in the PCBA board to enable the microcontroller to achievespecific functions.
2, ICT test
ICT test mainly uses the test probe tocontact the test point of PCBA to realize the test of PCBA circuit opencircuit, short circuit and welding condition of electronic components. Theaccuracy of ICT testing is relatively high, the instructions are clear, and thescope of use is relatively wide.
3, FCT test
FCT test can test the environment, current,voltage, pressure and other parameters of PCBA. The content of the test isrelatively comprehensive, which can ensure that the various parameters of thePCBA board meet the design requirements of the designer.
4. Burn-in test
The burn-in test can ensure the stabilityof the product by continuously energizing the PCBA board, simulating the user'suse scene, detecting some hard-to-find defects, and inspecting the service lifeof the product.
